Active Recruitment Management
Once recruitment begins, we act as an extension of the site’s team, providing:
- Direct participant outreach by phone, email, and SMS to all leads and database candidates, allowing site personnel to continue screening at an accelerated pace.
- The average Precision response is less than one hour from when a lead expresses interest. Often, this is the missing piece of recruitment for a successful site.

- Screen failures by identifying alternative eligible participants
